Our order form requires users to give us contact information (their first name, surname, email) and geographical information (country). This information is needed to contact you in order for us to provide you with an invoice and banking details. The email address is needed to send you all confirmations, plus directions for downloading the requested bactrack.

By subscribing for updates from MySound, you will be notified of the latest news, backtracks and articles once they appear on the site. You will also be contacted to be informed of special prices and any discounts. You can remove yourself from the mailing list at anytime by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each e-mail.
WEBSITE VISITOR TRACKING
MySound uses Urchin Web Statistics software to track hits and general navigation patterns. We do not collect any personal information from you while you are browsing the site normally. The only time when we collect personal information is when it is supplied to us.
TRANSACTION INFORMATION
When a backtrack is ordered from MySound.co.za, you will receive an invoice. The required amount can then be paid into our account by any means you wish. No banking transactions take place on our site, thus we are NEVER exposed to your credit card number or banking details.
